History
Estudió filología y lingüística y fue alumno en Roma de Umberto Eco. En 1985 llega a Chile comenzando con esto la apertura de varios restoranes de comida peruana en Chile entre los que destacan: El Otro Sitio, seguido por el Todo Fresco, en el barrio Bellavista, y luego, en otros barrios el Puerto Perú y Puerto Callao entre otros. Parte de su carrera también se dedica a la gastronomía.
