Político estadounidense, hermano del presidente John Fitzgerald Kennedy, fue nombrado fiscal general del estado por su hermano. En la primavera de 1968, Robert Kennedy decidió presentar su candidatura a la presidencia dentro del Partido Demócrata, en junio de 1968 fue abatido por los disparos de Sirhan Bishara.
