Hugo Alejandro Zepeda Barrios (Ovalle, 4 de junio de 1907-Coquimbo, 9 de enero de 1998) fue un abogado y político chileno, miembro del Partido Liberal (PL), el cual presidió desde 1952 hasta 1959 y, en 1964. Ejerció como diputado durante seis periodos consecutivos entre 1933 y 1957 y, luego como senador entre 1957 y 1965.
