Fue un periódico chileno de distribución gratuita. Era de propiedad de Copesa, dueña de los diarios La Tercera y La Cuarta y las radios Duna y Zero. Antiguamente existió como un diario matutino, entre el 25 de junio de 1935 y el 31 de mayo de 1951,1 fundado por Emilio Rodríguez Mendoza.
